discover your strengths…unlock your potential
Coaching is a great way to support neurodivergent individuals (or those who think they may be) both personally and professionally because it’s all about a personalised approach that focuses on solutions. I work with you to address your unique challenges, while helping you tap into your strengths to create the change you are looking for.
✔️ Personalised Strategies: We’ll create strategies that feel right for you—this isn’t about doing the same old thing, but finding new ways of thinking that feel exciting and doable.
✔️ Goal Setting and Accountability: Imagine yourself in six months—what would you like to be different? Together, we’ll map out what you want to achieve and how you want to feel. I’ll support you along the way to help you stay confident and motivated.
✔️ Create a solid foundation: If you’re feeling overwhelmed, we’ll explore ways to manage that through creating a solid foundation from which we can build. What do you need to do, to give yourself the best chance of success?
✔️ Self-Discovery: We’ll dig into what’s really holding you back, and explore your strengths, passions, and interests so you can move forward with a clearer understanding of what works for you.
✔️ Empowerment and Confidence: Together, we’ll challenge negative thinking (including imposter syndrome) and create a new found confidence by focusing on your strengths, and what is possible.
With my professional and personal experience in neurodiversity, along with my qualifications, I offer genuine understanding and the tools to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Access to work
If you have a physical or mental health condition or disability, you may qualify for the Access to Work scheme. This is a UK Government scheme which can help fund working with a coach.
I work extensively with individuals who have ADHD and autism (or suspect they have), many of which have accessed support through this scheme.
