Coaching is a highly personalised, forward looking approach, which is solution focused. We start with where you are now, define where you want to go, and partner together to create the steps to get you there, whether this is a change in what you are doing, shifting perspectives or enhancing confidence.

Sessions support individuals in addressing challenges, whilst identifying and ‘dialling up’ their strengths. Session 1 begins with a deep dive into where you are now, what do you want to achieve, what might be hindering progress and how will we know that we have succeeded. Together we create a plan focused on moving forward. You may already know what you want to focus on or change, however we also explore areas which you may not have considered, which may be key to moving forward.

Tailored sessions focus on your goals and desired changes, offering flexibility for emerging issues. Using questions, tools, and techniques, we collaboratively create strategies and a realistic plan. We delve into obstacles, aiming each session at your overarching goal for positive change. Between sessions, we decide on supportive measures, potentially including accountability such as email checking in. Balancing immediate needs with long-term considerations helps you proactively address challenges. We thoroughly explore your strengths to aid your development.

Sessions are designed to meet your needs and can be conducted online or in person. I usually work with clients for 4-8 sessions, each lasting 1 hour and spaced out every 1-4 weeks. We operate on a flexible, session-by-session basis, allowing us to respond to your evolving needs, however we check on progress regularly, so you can plan your time. This approach fosters deeper, long-term change rather than addressing issues superficially. I also offer one-off coaching sessions for specific areas. Sessions can be scheduled during or outside regular work hours, and you receive email notes and practical next steps after each session. Email check-ins between sessions can be arranged for additional support. While online sessions are typical, in-person sessions are available in Bath with easy access to the M4 and Bristol, offering onsite parking.
