I’m Dr Helen Curran, an accredited coach specialising in ADHD and neurodiversity. I work with adults and young people who want things to feel easier — less overwhelm, less procrastination, more focus, and more confidence.
Coaching isn’t about being handed a list of ‘shoulds’ — you’ve probably already tried them. Together, we’ll make sense of your brain, refine what works and leave behind what doesn’t. We’ll create strategies which really work for you, building on your strengths, so you can move forward with confidence.
Often, it’s the small shifts that make the biggest difference — when you finally have the space to think about what works for you, change can come quicker than you expect.
